Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how working with bodywork+ could benefit your body.

Michelle is a movement enthusiast and has been experimenting with various forms of dance and sports since childhood. Seeking to gain a greater understanding for health and wellness, she studied Athletic Training at Northeastern University and graduated with a minor in Spanish. She continued on to a masters program at Boston University, where she studied human physiology and applied her skills while coordinating health care as a member of the Sports Medicine team. After graduate studies, Michelle decided to focus on manual therapy and attended the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in Watertown. She obtained her license and opened her own private practice, bodywork+ in 2014. Her mission is to empower through education, and she believes that every body is deserving of quality self care.

As I continue to expand my practice, I hope to share the useful pieces of information I find as well as my own personal stories whenever relevant. To follow along, you can read my blog here or subscribe/follow @bodyworkplus on facebook, instagram, or twitter.
